1. Refund Eligibility

    • Refunds are applicable only to full-priced items.
    • Sale items or purchases with a discount code of 20% or greater are eligible for store credit or exchange.
    • Purchases with a discount code of 50% or greater are considered FINAL SALE.
    • Certain items, including undergarments, magazines, fragrances, candles, one-of-a-kind estate jewelry pieces, vintage clothing, and beauty/apothecary items, are also final sale.

2. Return Conditions

    • All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and have the price tags intact.
    • Online returns must be postmarked within 21 days of the original ship date.
    • We recommend using a traceable carrier and insuring packages for the full amount of merchandise. Dexxs is not responsible for missing packages.

3. Processing Exchanges/Refunds

    • Exchanges and refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned merchandise.
    • You will receive a confirmation email once your exchanges/refunds are processed.

4. Refund Method

    • Refunds for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs will be credited to your original credit card.
    • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or damaged merchandise.

5. Denial of Credits

    • Dexxs reserves the right to deny credits if the returned merchandise does not meet the specified requirements.
